Experience is welcome, not required
Musical training is genuinely useful and we are glad to have it — it just is not a requirement. If you sing, play something, or simply love music and want to be useful, that is enough to start.

We’re based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. What matters most is that you are patient, reliable, and genuinely interested in the people in the room. Musical skill is a bonus rather than a requirement, and we train you before you lead anything.

You get trained first
Every volunteer is trained to lead activities that are engaging, respectful, and appropriate before working with participants, so you are never asked to lead something you have not been prepared for.

You are never on your own
Sessions run alongside our partner organizations and their staff, so there is always an experienced team in the room with you.
